RE: [ihc] RE:H-542 on ebay

I'd be interested to know what the military number is for it.  Not that
I can do anything with it other than see if manuals are available for
it.  Looks like a "Burma Jeep" in a way.  What did the military use them
for, bomb trucks?

Yup, H-542 is the IH callout. Crismon gives the mil info in the grey IH
book, I'm just fuzzy enough this AM that I don't want to take a stab at
it
from memory ;)
