My $.02 is that it well could be a 61.  The ad says the wipers have been
modified and it looks to me like you can see the joints in the hinge at
the bottom of the windshield.  It also looks like it has the permanent
bulkhead of the early Scouts and I think the back up lights are
aftermarket items.
