Seems like it'd probobly be a lot of trouble.   Most people I'm aware of
who've queried either ended up keeing it RHD since they aren't as common, or
gave the scout up to get a LHD so someone who wanted a RHD (or maybe even a
postal carrier) could make use of it.

You'll need the LHD Steering box, relocate steering collumn.  Need the dash
from a LHD scout and you'll have to do some firewall work.  Relocating a
*lot* of stuff, since even the wiring is swapped in the dash for the
conversion.  You'll basically need to take the front half of the tub
completely apart to get it done, complete with rewiring it.  I know it's
possible, but doesn't seem very fun (to me anyway).
