Nope. The '69 and later RA-15's came with eight lug 12 x3 brakes.

As stated above, YEP.
BTW-- the W-400 front brake shoes are virtually identical to the early
RA-15 pieces. The beans still in the pot involve the Budd # on those Dodge
front drums, though !! ;-)
