Tom, Here's some IH part numbers you can try:

151 245 R91 pipe, even bank, water assy
216 304 R93 pipe, odd bank, water assy
356 005 R1 seal, water pipe o-ring (-4-)

These are a decade previous to your application, but I don't think they
changed. Someone else will chime in if they did.
