I believe he replaced the KB with the K model . The K was redone in about
6-9 months , he posted a lot of question to the OLD IHC site during this
time. The new K truck, the sideboards become serving tables. There was a
short article in "Wheels of Time"  magazine last fall. I think he also has
an old Ford he uses as well.
He used the name of Chefdoug on the OLD IHC site and his E-mail starts with
Feedmepleasedoug . He says the old vehicles really helps with his Catering.
