[ihc] Throttle response

Alright, thanks to my savior who told me to check for a vacuum leak... found
one.  Fixed it... now, at idle, vacuum pressure is 24.  When I shift into gear,
it drops to 15.  Is that about right?  Couldn't find specs anywhere.

Everything else seems to be going okay.  However, I have some sort of throttle
response problem now.  If I push it in quickly, it is like a huge lag and drop
in everything, then it either will die or will slowly respond.  Any ideas on
this?
