Mister Scout makes a twin stick conversion kit for the Dana 20 transfer
case.  It can be ordered in different shifter heights as required by body
lifts, dashboard clearance, and so on.  He came out with it last year.

Doesn't a converted D-20 twinstick have a different shift pattern than a
stock dana 20 twinstick?  Or is this a D-18 vs D-20 thing?
