[ihc] missing post & Lance's "newbie" question

I sent the following post before my other regarding my TA lift, but it
didn't show up in the digest. The second post did, but not this one.
Strange. (Maybe Richard killed it cause I'm giving bad directions?)
Anyway, in case I am correct, and in case Lance didn't get it either,

Here is from the help file:

There is a non digest version of the list. To switch, send a note
to majordomo@domain.elided containing the following two commands:

subscribe ihc
unsubscribe ihc-digest

If you reverse this, you should have what you want.

In other words, send the following text in an email to majordomo@domain.elided:

subscribe ihc-digest
unsubscribe ihc
