---Sold to someone who doesn't know any better, they will pay just about
anything. Also consider that if it is original and in mint condition or
restored to mint, some Scouts have been sold to IH lovers for 20-30K+ and by
IH lovers for twice that.
---Take eBay for instance. If sold as war memorabilia, a Garand would surely
go for twice the price if not thrice, but when you look in the Shotgun Times
you can find a clean, mint, original for $400-500.oo
