Just one bolt pattern on it. The input shafts are the same on this T34 and the direct 5th (unknown type) out of the big truck. I don't know if there has been much talk of anything like this on here in the past and I am still not 100% sure if it will work but given the known fact that IH used the same engine and tranny components in the HD and light line, I think it will work.

My 1962 B182a's lineset calls out a 13" clutch between the 345 engine and T-35 direct-fifth transmission. The GVWR on this truck is 23,500. It was shipped to the NC Dept of Forestry. My 1960 B184a has a 12" 15-spring clutch mating the 345 to the non-synchro T-31 direct-fifth 5-speed (24k GVWR). They both have the FA-65 front and RA-146 two-speed rear axle.
