I had replaced my biased tires with radials in Vacaville CA and was driving
home to San Fran over the Bay Bridge when traffic started closing up suddenly. Hit brakes, thinking it's gonna be close, whoa, 10 feet to spare. I too, won't go back.

Personally, I think anyone that uses non-radials primarily for on-road
use as I believe you said you will, should be upping his premiums, unless
it never rains where he drives.  I'd never go back.
