Hello Everybody,

    Well, I finally have all the details for the Saturday night cookout.  Here
is what has been donated so far-- we have hamburgers, brats, mets,  buns,
condiments and 4 dozen cookies.  I will be looking into getting vegie trays,
salads, etc.  We will be bringing the grill to cook on and all that fun stuff.
What I am asking you guys to bring is your favorite snack, dessert (easy ones)
or whatever else you would like to bring and of course your all time favorite
beverages ( now that might be a challenge for some----NOT!!!!!).   :-)

    We will be meeting in the parking lot of the Hampton Inn after Nats is
done on Saturday and even those SIMTA fellows will be able to join us after
their meeting for refreshments.  I am looking forward to having a great time
and seeing everybody again.

    Last year we had several people feel left out or thought that they were
not welcome.  All are welcome to come and join the fun.  Please feel free to
invite your friends.

    I have planned on 50 or so people and what I would like for you to do is
email me if you will be in attendance so that if we need more food I will be
able to do this before Nats.  The more there are the bigger our resource list
gets.
