GryphinRacing offers a heavy duty adjustable draglink for the trucks.

Another option would be to buy the SnapOn reamer and re-ream the stock IH
steering arm and pitman arm to take GM TREs.

I'll likely go with a Gryphin adjustable draglink, but with GM TREs
(re-reaming) when I put my Dodge D60 under my '74 200 and convert the
truck to 4x4.
