I don't know much about the history of ABS and the IH version didn't seem
to get a lot of notice when it was in production.  I believe what was
used on the Light Line was rear wheel ABS only.

Yup, and a very interesting setup. A 'reverse' operating power booster that looks for all the world like an old style remote Hydravac, used to reduce the line pressure to the rear brakes when the 'brain' sees the rear wheels(tone rings on the axles) going slower than the road speed of the truck would indicate.

Looks like it would have been a pricey option, lots of extra 'stuff' for the install.
