Pro-Hobbyist Inoperable Vehicle Bill in Louisiana 
A bill (H.B. 652) has been introduced in the Louisiana legislature by
Rep. Naomi Farve that would specifically prohibit local authorities from
adopting or enforcing an ordinance which allows the removal of an
inoperable vehicle from the property on which the owner resides. 
We Urge You to Contact Your State Legislators in Support of H.B. 652
H.B. 652 provides safeguards for hobbyists to own and work on collector
vehicles and parts cars without risk of confiscation. 
H.B. 652 demonstrates a real effort by legislators and hobbyists to
enact reasonable and fair legislation. 
Contact your state legislators in support of this proposed legislation.
