Eric,

The vehicle as I understand is classified as a '99 if I get it done this
year.  But as "Specially Constructed" it has to meet a different set of
stds.  This is very different than working on a vehicle which was
originally titled by one of the regular mfrs under the regular law.  They
can't build these for sale.  

I don't know if it can ever be sold.
