Big truck disc brakes

I don't know about OTR trucks (International, KW, Peterbuilt),
but check out the new Ford Super Duties.  I think the F350
F450 and F550 all come with HUGE rear discs.  I was 
checking out an F350, looked like a D70, with about 13"
discs.  Hmm...I wonder about the swap-in capabilities to
my IHC...except I need discs on the front first.
