  Nice to see you posting to the digest! :-)
   Theoretically, you may be able to with a spring Over. I don't think a
standard 4" lift will. For one thing the UP travel of the springs is too
great to allow a non-scout pan under there. I know when I dropped the
panon Ugly with the 4" Triangle springs it was a pretty simple proccess
since I could clear the axle fairly simply. But not enough to go to a
Travelall pan.
