Rik - how did you go about mounting the cooler?  

I welded a cross piece from core support to core support behind the
grille.  I used some square tube pieces to offset the crossbar forward
of the radiator (rad sticks forward a little past the core supports) and
then attached the cooler to this cross piece.

I wanted to add a lower cross piece as well and attach my cooler to
both, but I couldn't get the welding rod down at the right angle, and it
was COLD and LATE and I wasn't about to strip off the Smitty bumper
Thumper, KC lights, grille, and everything else just for a dratted
cooler. :-)  (I still finished up the rad swap at 2am..)
