Rough Country

I saw, at least for the first time that I have noticed, Scout II springs
(4" lift) in the Rough Country ad in the latest 4Wheel and Offroad.  They
had the lift and 4 shocks for $499.  Is this new, not previously advertised
(much), or just something I've missed?  Do we have something else to ad to
the debate now?
