International called their pickup boxes with the fenders on the
outside a Regular bed.  With fenders on the inside it was a
Bonus-Load box.

Ford has a Flareside (fenders inside) and a Styleside.

Chevy has Stepside (obvious) and Fleetside

Dodge had Utiline and Sweptside

Jeep had Thriftside and Townside

Got that out of "The Standard Catalog of American Light Duty
Trucks".  Kind of interesting.
