When I tore into the rear brakes on my Terra, I found that the e Brake
cables were cut off internally to the drum area, so you couldn't see it from
the outside, the self adjuster hardware was all missing from inside the
drum.  Very scary to think this truck was driven on the roads like this.
The rear brakes were so screwed up it was cheaper (so I justified) to
upgrade to the TSM rear disc brakes.
