Ken,

Since an IH starts with a drag coefficient close to 1.0, this might be a
hopeless pursuit.  But, here's a few idears:

1.  Deaden engine noise thru the application of heavy rubber matts (sold
    as roof insulation)
2.  Remove your roof rack (on most cars they have a huge impact on gas
    mileage)
3.  Put some kind of insulation under your roof - a liner, the rubber
    matt stuff, thermogard, etc, etc
4.  ?
