Dan,
Usually common wire colors would tell you that.
Red - Power to the Battery
Orange - Power to Accessory
(This could be reversed I forget)
Blue - Controls Power antenna
Black - What else?? Ground
All others are usually the speaker wires.. 
AKA Front left + and -,  Front right + and -
Rear Left + and -, Rear right + and -
