Scout II bodies

ok, Y'all, got another question

where there any major diffrences in the bodies of the scout II?  I know
the stuff like grille, etc, but will any scout II body bolt up to any
Scout II frame?

I have a chance to get a 73 model in fair mechanical shape (drove it
today, exhaust leaks, but runs), but with a terrible body (I thing if I
hit 20 MPH, the rust holding it together would shake off!).  I was
thinking of repairing my current body, and putting it on the older frame.
 is this do-able?
