I sent that URL to a few co-workers last week... one said, "Why can't
you just make one?  I'm sure you have enough scrap lying around.."  But
he suggested I add a toilet paper roll holder/dispenser... now I'll add
seat belts to the design, too.

What about a privacy curtain "rack" to go with it?  

My Bumper Dumper would have to sit MUCH higher though.. wouldn't want to
be dragging it when I'm wheelin'.. and if I'm going to strap people into
the chair so they can go while I drive, it'll have to be even higher..
wouldn't do to catch someone's legs under the Bumper Dumper just because
I'm trying to climb a vertical rock face... I'm sure they'd find it
embarassing as well as painful.
