Lifting 1965

   I have a slight problem.  I need to find out how to do a suspension 
lift on a 1965 Travelall.  The back is easy, but the fronts are not.  
Since there is not an axle, but just "A" arms, how do you do this?  
Would like to get it 2 to 3 inches higher.  Any ideas?
