Tom,

My Aerostar 3litre didn't get to operating temp on the way in this 
morning (8 deg).  I drive about 30 min on the way in.  I have a stuck 
open thermostat so I have my radiator 100% covered with cardboard.  
Still takes 20 mi on the highway at 60mph or better to get it up to 
temp.
