My auto parts, who are very reliable, sends this type work to Pat at Halls
Ferry Auto Parts. His phone number is 831-0702. 

His base price for a V8 head is $80.  New valve seats are $10 ($7.50 ea. 
for two or more), truck cyl heads are $25 extra.  The price includes
magnaflux, check for warpage, guide & stem wear, spring tenson valve
grind, 3 angle seat grind, assemble and paint. 

I've also heard good things about Jennings auto parts.
