I think that penetrating "oil" is called "PBlaster" or "PB Blaster."  I
cannot swear to this, as I have not been able to find my can for a
while.  I may have read the name wrong, but I thought it was "PB," and I
got it at Pep Boys, so I thought it was a product that thye had bought
the rights to and put their initials on it.  Anyway, out here in CA, we
can get it at Pep Boys.
