79 Scout II

Digesters,

     This is more for verification for my wife then me.  I have a chance to
buy 79 Scout II and here is it's specs:
2" body lift
3" suspension lift
33 mudders with chrome wagon wheels
Hard top and soft top
4 point double roll bar (bolted to the frame)
345 (also with a spare 345)
4 speed manual tranny (also with a spare auto)
Dana 44 front and rear (also a spare Dana 44 rear end)
2 speed  Transfer case
Air conditioning
But of course, needs some body work
     All of this for $3500, now my wife needs some verification that this is a
good deal.  Just thought I would get all of your inputs.  Thanks in advance...
