In the 76-77 Scout II manual I have, it gives "generic" lug nut torques for
various lug diameters (not vehicle specific).  Going from memory, I think
the recommended torque range is 60 to 80 foot pounds.  Whatever it is, I
set my torque wrench to the center of that recommended range... which I
believe to be 70 foot pounds.
