Re: Real Life Bumper Test

Thanks Tom for the advice. I can see where its nice to have the dog not
tied but also see having him tied as a bennie. My dog got drug about 3 feet
and recieved some scratches on a paw as well as a bruise. I am thinking if
he was not tied in his confused state he may wander in to on coming
traffic. So its a catch 22 as I see it. BTW when I be nice and settle I
only settle roadside if they go get cash now or on the spot. In this case
she had some cash and had her husband bring some more. I settled for $200
roadside so I didnt have to worry about the address thing, but I will take
heed to your warning. Thanks and It was great to finally meet you after
talking on digest and such for so long. Stay in touch

John
