For those that say this is all crap and will never fly:

Look at Japan. Their pollution testing has gotten to the point where
they are pulling engines at 30,000 to 70,000 miles and installing a new
one.

The old ones are shipped over here and sold. I can give you the phone
numbers of a couple of places that supply and install them into older,
U.S. based Japanese cars.
