administrivia: html filters

if you sent a message over the past week (since friday the 7th), and never
saw it appear, please...

1) check to see that html formatting is turned off in  your mail client

2) check to see that winmail.dat/ms-tnef stuff is turned off

3) look for other similar formatting issues

and please resend it.

i'm way behind on this, due to the disk drive crisis, and don't see
catching up on it in the near future.
