   E-mail Black Dawg Scouts in CA. They make the  Rowdy Bumper. Ask them
to send you a catalog of stuff including the bumper pictures. They don't
have a Web site yet. Their E-mail is blkdawg@domain.elided their bumper is of
the C-channel type. Also try John (the Fleckster) Fleck. He will build
