Old IHC Pickup
That would be a B100 (or B110 or B120). The first of the
series, the '58 A100, had only two headlights, but the same
front! The rest of the space was taken up by a half-moon
shaped turn signal.
Then they put 4 headlights on and round turn signal lights were
added near the bumper, in 1959.
It should be a '59 or '60, but some trucks were titled (and
possibly even built) in 1961. They were the first light lines
to offer the V8 engines.
