IH list o'goodies

	Great list of emergency supplies, but here are a few that I carry
around and have used quite a bit:

	tire chains (not just for snow-they work in mud and sand as well)
	U-joints (you don't have to be a mechanic-it takes about 15
	minutes to swap one in on the trail
	Hammer (1001 uses)
	Duct tape (more useful than the hammer even-"If you can't duct it,
	f**k it!)
	Bottle jack (for pushing in places you can't fit the High-lift)
