bias ply tires again

Slight correction: when I talked about bias ply tires disappearing from 
distribution, I was of course neglecting an entire group of specialty 
off-road tires. Mudders, Swampers, and the like are still readily available 
in bias ply versions from outfits like Interco. The debate over bias vs. 
radial for trail use I won't get into. It does seem most of the off-road 
specialists offer radial versions of their tires that they recommend for 
street use. Boggers are the exception IIRC, but ya gotta be pretty hard 
core(hard headed?) to actually drive 'em on the street.
