Nope... I went ahead and popped in a big V537. I'll have to re-check my
figures... I knew I'd never get past the keen eyes of Dan the Man!

Why mess with the perfect design from the IH skunkworks? My testing proved
(to my satisfaction) the stock D44 configuration is good to Mach 1. After
that steering becomes a little touchy for general purpose off-roading.
Disclaimer: I did not drive at Mach 1 on a public road. Testing was done
on a closed course by an unprofessional driver.

Are you kidding? Why would I want to change the truck's original flaky
character?
