Howard,
        Sorry to cause some confusion, I used the "quotation marks" to
represent that this was exactly what JCW had printed in the catalog.  The
21.99 is the cost [$21.99], not the length of the support.  I should have
clarified that the first set of numbers was their part number and the second
numbers are the price each.
        Traveller owners, is the support for a Traveller liftgates a gas
shock or a metal channel like Scout IIs.  It seems like it might need to
have some stored energy to compensate for the weight of the liftgate.
