habeas headers option

based on some offlist complaints, i have altered the mail configuration on
the server so that there is an exception list for the new habeas headers.
for anyone running a mail program which won't hide these headers for them,
i can add your email address to a list of addresses which are not to
receive email with habeas headers.
hopefully most people are running reasonably well featured mail readers, i
don't really want to handle a flood of requests for this.
if you don't know what these headers are and haven't seen them, don't worry
about this message; your mail reader is already hiding them from you.
habeas is a "whitelisting service" which has grown out of the anti-spam
movement.
further info on habeas may be found at http://www.habeas.com/
further discussion of habeas should take place on offtopic (where there
has already been some discussion.)
