Everyday I see recently purchased BMWs with new radiators, water
pump, 2nd-3rd thermostat, new fan clutch......still overheating.....
Frequently I find thermostats installed backwards.
Is the vent hose on the expansion bottle? Is it cracked? bloated?
Is the seal on the cap tattered? missing? overheat boil-bubble
bursts will damage the vent hose.
Check coolant for exhaust by-products.......leaking headgasket.
