E36 Best Diff. oil/ Seal replacement.

Hello all,

I got significant leak in the differential output axle seals, so I am
thinking of replacing them and also changing the diff oil.  My car is a 94
318i (manual) with about 88k on it.  

Can anyone please advice me if I should get anything else changed along with
the seals as part of preventive maintenance - like guibo, input seal, center
bearing etc.?

Also, I am not sure if this car has a LSD, Does the diff have a 'S' stamped
to indicate it is LSD or how can I know its LSD?  Also what is a nice quite
oil to be used for LSD?  Has anyone tried the GM LSD additive and does it
help?

If you have done diff. service before, how many hours should a shop charge
me for seals, guibo and oil replacement?
