Hi,  Also sounds like a stuck ICV.  Mine did the exact same thing.. would
idle at 2500 rpm or so, but as soon as you let off the throttle it would
die.. It turned out to be my ICV valve..

Clean it out with carb cleaner when doing all the other tests..
