Gary,
So does the kit now have E36 M3 sway bar brackets? I can't find any info 
on your site. 
How much is the kit?
If 96+ cars need front wheel spacers (why?), does that mean that '95 cars 
do not?
IIRC the lack of the brackets was the only reason it was listed as n/a for 
M3 models.

With the help of Bilstein, we've finally put together a PSS or PSS-9 kit
that will go on the E36 M3.  These will fit the car perfectly but 96-99
cars with stock wheels will need 10mm spacers for the wheels.  Email me
