Squeaky Brakes

Greetings all:

	One of my friends had the brake discs and the brake pads changed
by a servicer to new ones on his 1994 540i.  However, the problem is that
there is this irritating squeaking sound.  Is there anyway to fix the
problem without having to bring it back to the servicer who charges him
a arm and a leg?  Thanks.
