Engine mgt in my M52 motor is complaining of vanos problems (15 and D4,
solenoid and mechanically stuck). I pulled the solenoid off, everything seems
to be moving freely. Is it really possible the solenoid has gone bad? Would
a failed solenoid generate a D4(stuck)?
Any comments appreciated... I don't want to buy a new solenoid if the unit has
failed.
