dash warning lights stay on

There was a post about this a while back, but I never saw a response.
All of the dash warning lights in my E30 stay on after the car starts
(sometimes, maybe half the time). They go away as soon as I rev the
engine to ~1500-2000rpm. Any thoughts or suggestions?
